Trifonov & Co Bookkeeping LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"), operates the website trifonovbooks.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through our contact form:

We do not use analytics software or advertising trackers, and we set no cookies of our own. We do not build a profile of you as you browse the Site.

One third-party service does set cookies: the contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which places cookies and collects device and interaction data in order to distinguish real visitors from automated abuse. See section 4 below.

Your IP address is logged server-side for security and spam-prevention purposes only and is not used for tracking or profiling.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to:

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not disclose it to any third party except the service providers described in sections 3 and 4, who process it on our behalf and only for the purposes stated there.

3. Where Your Submission Goes

When you submit the contact form, your details are sent directly to Zoho CRM, the customer-relationship system we use to receive and manage inquiries, and are stored there as a record of your inquiry. We use Zoho's European data center, so your submission is stored on servers located in the European Union. Zoho processes this data on our behalf; their practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy.

Data location. Trifonov & Co Bookkeeping LLC is a Wyoming company serving clients across the United States, but the practice is operated remotely. Information you submit may be stored, accessed, and processed outside the United States, including within the European Union. By submitting the form you consent to that transfer.

4. Third-Party Services on This Site

Google reCAPTCHA. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated abuse. When the reCAPTCHA challenge loads, Google sets cookies and collects information about your device and how you interact with the page, and may transmit that data to servers in the United States. This happens under Google's control, not ours. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Google Fonts. This Site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font, Google may log your IP address as part of that request. We receive no data from Google as a result.

5. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions in Zoho CRM only as long as necessary to follow up on your inquiry and, where an engagement follows, to maintain the client record. We do not add you to any marketing list without your explicit consent, and you may ask us to delete your record at any time under section 6.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have submitted to us by emailing inquire@trifonovbooks.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
